RETURN POLICY
All items purchased are from salvaged vehicles meaning they are pre owned. They may show extremely minor signs of use or significant wear. (We try to depict each item as accurately as possible under our eBays ITEM DESCRIPTION SECTION).
All canceled transactions will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. (I.E. purchasing an item and contacting us for a refund for any reason whatsoever).
If an item is purchased in error and the buyer would like to return it, they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as assume full financial responsibility in returning the item.
All local pick ups are to be paid in cash.
We offer return shipping only if the item we sent is defective. If the item has been purchased by mistake the buyer assumes full financial responsibility for sending it back to our registered Paypal address.
We will gladly replace a defective item free of charge.
All defective items must be installed or declared defective by either the Dealership or an ASE Certified Mechanic Shop. Written proof must be provided as well. I.E. Receipt, Invoice, ETC.
All returned items must have our markings, any items returned without our signature mark will be inelligible for a refund.
BMP Auto Salvage will not be held responsible for loss wages, labor, rental, etc. from the purchase and installation of our used products.
We will not accept any returns on any body cuts or glass.
